Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired Inovar, which delivers software to public and private schools in Portugal. This acquisition is the 3rd company in the Portuguese education market, following Edubox and Lusoinfo, and the 4th acquisition in Portugal, including Algardata.
Inovar develops and provides an integrated school management solution, which offers solutions for students (a student information system), teachers, school staff (including HR and Payroll), (financial) accounting, and school assets. Inovar's software solution offers various modules and functionalities depending on the customer needs and education segment (from daycare to professional education).
