French software company Cosoluce, part of Total Specific Solutions ("TSS"), has acquired the vertical market software (VMS) company A6CMO. With this acquisition Cosoluce expands its solution offering for the local government sector in France. It is the 19th company to join TSS in the French-speaking region.
A6CMO specializes in economic and tax information systems for local authorities and offers two dedicated software solutions to their market. Their solution AGDE is a business directory in the broadest sense, allowing local authorities to observe their region's economic development by monitoring and managing relationships with establishments and/or requests for business locations. Their software product, FITERE, provides economic and financial services to municipalities, public establishments, inter-municipal cooperation, departments, and regions in need of an efficient tool for monitoring taxation and gaining knowledge of tax-paying entities.
