TSS DACH Leadership Summit 2024 – Moving Forward Together

We are happy to share that we held our annual TSS Leadership Summit for the DACH region this October, and the management teams of the 13 business units of the DACH region all joined in Freiburg. This year’s Summit motto was ‘Moving Forward Together,’ we can look back on two days of knowledge sharing, learning, and networking, with sessions focused around our theme.

On the first day, thanks to presentations from Jasper Bollen, Guido Hardy, and Dennis Coort, we learned where we come from, where we want to go, and how we can achieve our goals. Afterward, we had a nice group walk to a nearby lake for a team-building and value workshop with Ramona Kaliska. Luck was on our side, as it was not raining.



On the second day, we held various bar camps to discuss the chosen topics of interest. Bar camps are small, open workshops focused on content and programs developed by the participants themselves. At the beginning of the conference, we asked each participant to give us one topic that truly interested them and was a challenge in their daily operations. Out of the input, we distilled six topics for bar camps, and each participant could sign up for one. In these self-regulating groups, the participants discussed their experiences and challenges on the topic among themselves. This improved the general exchange of ideas and resulted in finding solutions for their challenges.

The participants found the TSS DACH Leadership Summit in Freiburg very inspiring. It was a good opportunity to network among the management teams of newly acquired companies with those who have been with TSS for a longer time. The presentations and workshops gave us plenty of new knowledge and inspiration to ‘Move Forward Together.’
