Othman Ghannam is the 37-year-old Investment Director at Groupe TSS, the French Total Specific Solutions division. He joined TSS before it had any French companies. Othman was attracted by the TSS market proposition and the fact that he started with a blank sheet of paper. It was the start of a new adventure.
In 2017, the first companies were acquired: Cosoluce and Héliantis. But in 2019, Groupe TSS rapidly expanded its foothold in the French market. Team France started out being just Othman, but it grew quickly, and it now includes other competencies as well, such as, for example, legal, finance, and HR. We were looking for potential targets that matched our investment strategy, and the efforts began to come to fruition.
