Grupo Villar Mir, the privately-owned Spanish industrial group, has sold its software division Espacio Information Technology (EIT) to Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). EIT will be the fifth company of TSS in Spain following Ofimática, Spyro, Baratz, and M.SOFT Worldwide.
EIT develops comprehensive solutions based on information systems for clients. Their leading solutions are GESINDUS for the industrial sector and GCONS for the construction vertical. These dedicated vertical market solutions help their clients to focus on their needs and manage their businesses efficiently. The solutions are cloud-based, and EIT offers clients further services such as hosting, cybersecurity, support, and consulting services.

EIT is the company that has defined and executed Grupo Villar Mir's ICT strategy at national and international levels and provided support to its users and the operation of its systems. Total Specific Solutions amplía su presencia en España con la adquisición de Espacio Information Technology
Nieuwegein/ Madrid, 21 de abril del 2022. Grupo Villar Mir, el grupo industrial español de capital privado, ha vendido su división de software Espacio Information Technology (“EIT”) a Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). EIT es la quinta empresa de TSS en España tras las adquisiciones de Ofimática, Spyro, Baratz y M.SOFT Worldwide.
EIT desarrolla soluciones integrales basadas en sistemas de información para clientes. Sus soluciones líderes son GESINDUS para el sector industrial y GCONS para el sector de construcción. Estas Soluciones dedicadas al mercado vertical ayudan a sus clientes a concentrarse en sus necesidades y administrar sus negocios de manera eficiente. Las soluciones están basadas en la nube y EIT ofrece a los clientes servicios adicionales, como hosting, ciberseguridad, soporte y servicios de consultoría.
