Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in WEBCentric d.o.o. and the current owner will continue to lead the business and will remain a shareholder. The closing of the transaction will take place on 1 June 2022. WEBCentric is a Serbian software company that owns Price2Spy, an online price monitoring, pricing analytics, and repricing tool used internationally. This is TSS’s first acquisition in Serbia and the first online pricing tool designed specifically for eCommerce professionals worldwide. WEBCentric is a global software provider that specializes in eCommerce application development and the general e-business development area.
Price2Spy is a specialized online tool based on four main mechanisms (price comparison, price change alerts, pricing analytics, and repricing). It provides essential aid in everyday pricing operations (an email alert each time it detects a price or availability change) and strategic decision-making. The tool is designed for online retailers, brands & manufacturers, and distributors, helping them stay competitive with their pricing in today's online eCommerce world. It gives users, for example, detailed pricing comparison reports, automatic price change email alerts, potential profit gains/pricing adjustments, and more. In recent years, WEBCEntric has diversified its activities by adding 2 more SaaS products to its portfolio: JustLikeAPI (service for capturing online reviews) and BotMeNot (service for measuring a website’s vulnerability to scraping bots).
