Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") acquired SCEPIA, a French company that develops and implements rental management software, financial simulation, and HR solutions dedicated to Social Housing companies. This acquisition strengthens the presence of TSS in the real estate sector, SCEPIA being the 6th entity to join the real estate division of TSS, after Salvia, SRCI, Alteva, Netika, and Adapt Informatique. It is also the 15th TSS company in the French-speaking market.
SCEPIA supports more than 120 social housing companies with their core business from setting up their real estate operations to the day-to-day management of their rental assets and the tools necessary for daily communication with their tenants.

SCEPIA supports more than 120 social housing companies on a daily basis through rental management, setting up the real estate operations, and HR solutions. SCEPIA’s software solutions cover all business processes: tenant management, assets, and maintenance management, financial and analytical management, set-up, and operations management. SCEPIA supports the digital transformation of its customers by implementing new services (customer portal and application, inventory on tablets, etc.).

Le 19 mai 2022, Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") annonce avoir fait l'acquisition de SCEPIA, société française qui développe et distribue des logiciels de gestion locative sociale, de simulation financière et de solutions RH. Cette acquisition renforce la présence de TSS dans le secteur de l’immobilier, SCEPIA étant la 6ème entité à rejoindre le pôle immobilier de TSS, après Salvia, SRCI, Alteva, Netika et Adapt Informatique. C'est également la 15ème société de TSS sur le marché francophone.
SCEPIA accompagne au quotidien plus de 120 bailleurs sociaux sur leur cœur de métier en gestion financière et locative, sans oublier le montage des opérations immobilières et les outils nécessaires à la communication avec les locataires.
