Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired Pantheon Automatisering B.V., a leading software supplier of business software for Dutch medium-sized enterprises active in manufacturing, trade, and the service vertical. The closing of the transaction will take place on 1 June 2022.
Pantheon Business Software is a complete solution for all the business processes in SMEs; it fulfills the automation needs. The product portfolio consists of Pantheon ERP, a vertical-specific solution for manufacturing, trade, and service companies. It also integrates their e-commerce activities and has useful BI and dashboard tools. The solution Freshng unburdens agricultural companies (potatoes, vegetables, and fruit) and creates transparency in the data flows. Pantheon Financial is a software solution for the financial management of companies. Pantheon HRM is the digital solution for SMEs' HR processes, including payroll processing. And the module Pantheon Benefit enables companies to digitize employment conditions and agreements. And finally, Pantheon Hosting offers a.o. SaaS and PaaS solutions within IBM Hosting at one of the world's best and most secure data centers (Equinix.)
