Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired the Dutch software company Copernicus Interchange Technology B.V. (“Copernicus”). With the acquisition of Copernicus, TSS further strengthens its extensive portfolio for healthcare solutions and data integration.
Copernicus is a software specialist with two flagship products. CoperniCare is a platform for track & trace, warehouse management, stock management and logistics for healthcare organizations and Niklas is a multi-vertical data integration platform. CoperniCare is an integrated platform that allows healthcare institutes and providers to manage their logistics, warehousing, and track & trace their medical devices, implants, disposables, instruments, and human tissue and stem cell registrations, etc., in order to provide compliance to applicable law and accreditations. Niklas provides generic integration services for businesses, predominantly in market segments such as logistics, retail & wholesale, software vendors, and healthcare.
