Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired AS Systems Ltd., a software company with an ERP for medium and large Bulgarian manufacturing and trading companies and a healthcare ERP for stand-alone pharmacies and pharmacy associations. With this acquisition, TSS enters the Bulgarian market and strengthens its foothold in the CEE region with companies in Romania, Poland, and Serbia.
AS Systems has two main product lines: Atlas and PharmaStar. Atlas is a modular ERP solution with all the main modules for managing business processes in a manufacturing or trading company. Each module can be implemented independently or integrated with others into a single system. Next to the standard ERP modules such as Finance, Purchasing, Payroll, and CRM functionalities, Atlas also includes modules such as eCommerce and business analytics.PharmaStar and PharmaCloud are products focusing specifically on the Bulgarian healthcare sector. PharmaStar and PharmaCloud are modern software solutions suitable both for a single pharmacy and pharmaceutical groups/chains, helping them manage and optimize their business processes as well as automating their supplier and customer-related processes.
