Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired the Dutch software company Paralax B.V. ("Paralax"). This is the second supplier of workforce management software that joins TSS following Nostradamus. With its products Rostar CAS and Rostar Plan, Paralax focuses on verticals such as central and local governments, security companies, and healthcare.
Rostar CAS is an end-to-end software solution based on international standards and can be used for any planning situation, from simple to very complex. The solution helps planners with highly variable occupancies, flexible staff, and shifts. Furthermore, it ensures that the schedules adhere to the working hours laws and collective labor agreements. It offers the required checks, overviews, and management reports. Rostar PLAN is a collection of different tools to streamline and optimize processes. The tool helps planners with strategic resource challenges, such as dealing with absenteeism and outages or creating the ideal planning based on company-specific factors.

Nederlandse resourceplanning expert Paralax sluit zich aan bij Total Specific Solutions
Nieuwegein/Utrecht, 4 oktober 2023. Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") heeft het Nederlandse softwarebedrijf Paralax B.V. ("Paralax") overgenomen. Dit is na Nostradamus de tweede leverancier voor workforce management software die zich aansluit bij TSS. Paralax richt zich met haar producten Rostar CAS en Rostar PLAN op markten zoals (de)centrale overheden, beveiligingsorganisaties en de gezondheidszorg.
Rostar CAS is een uitgebreid softwarepakket gebaseerd op internationaal geldende planstandaarden en is geschikt voor simpele tot de meest complexe plansituaties. Het helpt planners met sterk wisselende bezettingen, flexibel personeel, ploegendiensten en regelgeving vanuit ATW en CAO. Daarnaast biedt het de gewenste controles, tellingen en management rapportages. Rostar PLAN is een verzameling van verschillende tools om de processen te stroomlijnen en optimaliseren. Denk aan een oplossing die rekening houdt met uitval, verzuim en externe factoren binnen roosters, of een oplossing die de best passende dienstenset maakt op basis van wegingsfactoren die organisatie specifiek zijn.
