Itris, the supplier of the ERP solution ViewPoint for public housing associations, has been acquired by Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). TSS, part of the Canadian Constellation Software Inc. (“CSI”), strengthens its strategic position as the supplier of standard software for the Dutch public housing sector to that of market leader following the previous acquisition of NCCW in July this year. Both NCCW and Itris will benefit from the knowledge and experience of the other companies within CSI that offer software solutions for the real estate market.
The acquisition gives Itris, the fastest growing supplier in the public housing vertical, the opportunity to expedite further innovations and to expand its focus from medium sized housing corporations to service the large housing associations as well. The strategic support, sharing of innovation knowledge in a vast global network and the financial security enables Itris to continue its growth and obtain a leading position in the market. CSI has many years of experience in successfully operating and growing multiple software companies within the same vertical, and TSS also has been successful in this area.

Itris offers a complete solution for the information services of public housing associations with its software suites ViewPoint and ViewPoint GO!. These ERP solutions help to improve the quality and efficiency of the business operations of these housing corporations. The ViewPoint product suite is suitable for medium to large public housing associations in the Netherlands and offers a best practice solution. For the smaller housing corporations (<1,500 rental units) Itris offers ViewPoint GO!, a standard plug & play solution. Itris takes care of the entire implementation, conversion, training and hosting of the solutions as additional service, thereby completely unburdening the housing associations.
