Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired the vertical market software (VMS) company Creative IT from the listed French company Precia SA. With the acquisition of Creative IT, TSS strengthens its proposition within the industrial and manufacturing vertical with Tribofilm (Mainti4), Félix Informatique (DECA, Logiform, Lug³), and DEAL SOFTWARE (Planilog) already part of the group. Creative IT is the 18th company to join Groupe TSS in the French-speaking region.
The MES Qubes solution helps production and industrial organizations by linking operators, equipment, and the central information system in real-time. It ensures communication with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) and provides all the industrial performance features on the shop floor. The Qubes engine handles production, performance, logistics, product, and process quality management and provides business intelligence KPIs.
