Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired the software division AX Innovation Limited (“AXI”) from Accident Exchange Limited, the accident assistance and aftercare services company. This is the 8th company joining TSS in the United Kingdom/Ireland region.
AX Innovation Limited offers software solutions with a focus on fleet management, telematics and vehicle tracking. The software ensures efficient real-time fleet management and vehicle protection within the franchised vehicle dealership and vehicle hire sectors in the UK and Ireland markets. AX Track is a tracing, locating, and recovering vehicle solution for both businesses and individuals. AX Manage is a real-time loan car management system plus insurances software product. AX Connect is a full range of in-vehicle connected devices and monitoring software.
