NotuBiz, the supplier of a software suite to support all the phases in the political decision-making process, has joined Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). This acquisition gives TSS the opportunity to offer additional products and services within the local government vertical.
NotuBiz is the market leader in the Netherlands with its Council Information System (RIS) for municipalities, provinces, and water authorities. NotuBiz also has a Political Portal which is an end-to-end solution for each phase of the meeting process. The portal consists of different modules such as access to documents, digital meetings, live broadcasts of meetings, and archiving the minutes of the video streams. Part of the transaction is Notuleerservice Nederland, a ‘minute taking’ service that together with the Political Portal offers a complete concept.
