Total Specific Solutions (‘TSS’) has acquired Centric’s social housing software activities (“Hercules”). The acquisition includes employees, intellectual property, and overall business activities in this vertical. The new legal entity will be named Hercules Social Housing B.V., which is a full subsidiary of TSS. The activities and products will continue under a new brand name.
Hercules will be an independent business unit and continue to serve their customer base, offering them software solutions known as Key2Wocas, WocasOnline and some other products. Key2Wocas is an ERP solution that supports the primary social housing processes. The separate hosting and managed services as previously provided by Centric in this vertical are not part of the acquisition.

Hercules will become an independent business unit run by Peter Bos, who is the newly appointed Managing Director. Peter Bos has extensive experience in the social housing vertical in both commercial roles and as Managing Director of Qonsio (a TSS business unit). Peter, together with the team will focus on providing the customer base continuity by delivering high-quality software and services.”
