As per 1 April 2016, PinkRoccade Local Government has acquired Stadsbeheer BV from its director and sole shareholder Jan van der Heide. Stadsbeheer focuses on software for Permits, Supervision, and Enforcement (‘PME’) for municipalities and other public institutions. Stadsbeheer, under the direction of Jan van der Heide, will operate as an independent entity as part of PinkRoccade Local Government, and they will work together on offering new functionality to existing and new customers.
A strong combination
The activities of Stadsbeheer and PinkRoccade Local Government are complementary. By joining forces Stadsbeheer obtains the necessary scalability and strength to even better guarantee its customers its high quality service. And through the acquisition, PinkRoccade Local Government gains access to a broad portfolio of software and services in the area of PME. Both parties see added value in combining the products also given the upcoming developments in the Netherlands such as the pending Environmental Planning Bill.
