Vlot Solutions, supplier of mission-critical solutions for the medical aids sector, has joined Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). With this acquisition TSS can offer additional solutions and services within the healthcare vertical and strengthen its position in the domain.
Vlot Solutions is the market leader in the Netherlands with its software solution Orthomatic servicing multiple clients in the medical aids sector such as orthopedic shoemakers and instrument manufacturers, wig makers, surgical truss makers and distributors for diabetes related conditions. Orthomatic provides clients a single end-to-end solution for the entire process from order, purchase and stock management, electronic client dossier, chain logistics, to performance and process management. And Orthomatic provides insights into several reports. The software solution supports the entire financial process, including the processing of expenses and receivables management.
Furthermore, Vlot Solutions has an online order and distribution channel for producers of therapeutic compression stockings.

Vlot Solutions is marktleider in Nederland met haar softwareoplossing Orthomatic voor uiteenlopende klanten binnen de medische hulpmiddelen branche zoals orthopedische schoenmakers, orthopedische instrumentenmakers, haarwerkers, bandagisten en distributeurs binnen DISW. Met Orthomatic kunnen klanten het hele proces van ordermanagement, inkoop- en voorraadbeheer, elektronisch clientendossier, ketenlogistiek en prestatie- en procesmanagement in een softwareoplossing beheren. Naast het procesmanagement biedt Orthomatic inzicht in allerlei rapportages. De softwareoplossing ondersteunt het gehele financiële proces, inclusief de verwerking van declaraties en het debiteurenbeheer.
In aanvulling hierop levert Vlot Solutions met haar oplossing voor producenten van Therapeutische Elastische Kousen een online bestelkanaal.
